Wounded veterans tee off
The quiet community of Cove Creek on Kent Island hosted a golf tournament and cookout last week for 15 wounded veterans from the amputee center at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.



Crossing the span for private schools
It was an interesting conversation to overhear. Two moms were talking about forming a carpool to transport their kids back and forth from their homes in Queen Anne's County to private school in Annapolis.
